FREE RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me and goes beyond the point of sale. You have 30 days to return your product(s). Unfortunately, I am unable to process refunds and returns after 30 days. 

Your item must be unopened, and in its original condition. 

***Note: All original paintings, and miniature paintings must be returned with their certificate in authenticity to receive your refund***

Painting kits must be returned unused

All returns must be pre-approved. 

To begin the return process simply follow these steps:

1) Email rwashly@rainaandresart.com with the order number of the item you would like to return

2) Wait for a reply authorizing the return (this should take 24-48hrs)

3) Once the return is authorized you can use the original packaging to send back your item(s)

4) A return label will be provided for you

5) Make sure you include a copy of the receipt or packaging slip with your return so that your refund can be properly applied

You will receive notification via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process back to your financial institution.

The following items cannot be returned and are non-refundable:

· Personalized Greeting cards
